miracle diet that promises weight loss without effort.
Some promise to take away love handles on women and for
men in 2 weeks, 1 week, even in 3days.
Between 40 and 50 million people in America are on
some kind of diet, and spend $1 billion to $2 billion
per year for weight-loss programs.
Many of these (lose weight fast) diets promise weight
loss with no effort.
It’s been found that many of these types of diets not
only are a waste of money but could become a threat to
good general health.
Some of the most popular fad diets are the Scarsdale,
Atkins, Air Force, Grapefruit, Rice, Drinking Man’s,
High Fat, High Protein, Water and Chocolate-lover diet.
People turn to diets like these and others because of
their promise of fast and easy weight loss. Indeed it
may be true you can lose weight following these diets
for a few weeks. Never the less in many cases your
weight loss will not remain.
The problem with these type diets are often times the
types and portions of food they require you to eat may
cause nutritional deficiencies in your diet.
Yes you might be successful and lose weight, but
often times it comes right back. Most Americans efforts
of losing weigh fail due to their metabolism and
improper eating habits.
The only successful way to lose
weight is to make sure you are eating a well balanced
diet, taking a daily (liquid} vitamin and mineral
supplement, start a 30 minute exercise program at least
3 times a week, and drink at least eight cups of water
daily. Soon those pounds and inches will start to come
